Kevin is a father of two and a lifelong sports enthusiast with a strong background in functional fitness, having competed in around 20 events over the years. He values the process of training — the discipline, consistency, and daily standards — as much as the outcome.

He doesn’t just coach it — he lives it. Balancing family life with structured training has shaped his philosophy: performance should enhance your life, not compete with it. His “why” is simple — to stay strong, capable, and present for his family while helping others do the same.

In an industry often dominated by trends and influencer noise, Kevin focuses on what truly works. Clear coaching. Solid fundamentals. Measured progress. No shortcuts, no gimmicks — just disciplined, repeatable training built on strong foundations.

He has a particular passion for small group coaching, where structure, accountability, and individual attention combine with the energy of a shared environment. For Kevin, small group sessions are not about intensity for its own sake — they are about maintaining standards, scaling intelligently, and ensuring every individual moves well and progresses consistently.
