The programme is 3 months long. But we do not get people to sign contracts. We want people to commit and make serious changes and then stay because they are happy with the results.

Sessions do expire at the end of the month, however we have included gym and class passes to give you the most flexibility as possible.

We have a promise that if you do not achieve the goals we set at the start of the programme and you followed the plan, you can enrol for FREE on the next programme.

There will be a maximum of 9 People per class, but we have the whole upper floor designated to Ladies That Lift.

It will be quite rare that people will have 3 clear months. There will always be social events and trips. Part of the programme is to help you manage these and incorporate them into your lift without ruining your progress.
Whilst you are away, you would still have access to your workouts and also our on demand classes such as Yoga, Pilates and HIIT.
