  • There is no contract. We want people to commit to attending regular sessions which will achieve serious change and then stay because they are happy with the results.

  • Sessions will expire after 12 Weeks.

  • We have a promise that if you do not achieve progress yet you have committed to change and you followed the plan, you can enrol for the next block for FREE.

  • There will be a maximum of 6-8 ladies per class. But each session has a designated area to train with no waiting for equipment.
