There is no contract. We want people to commit to attending regular sessions which will achieve serious change and then stay because they are happy with the results.

Sessions will expire after 12 Weeks.

We have a promise that if you do not achieve progress yet you have committed to change and you followed the plan, you can enrol for the next block for FREE.

There will be a maximum of 6-8 ladies per class. But each session has a designated area to train with no waiting for equipment.
