Enjoying the Over 60’s sessions designed by Cliff very much. Varied workouts consisting of strength exercises and cardio specially adapted for the more mature members. There are always modifications on offer, with the coaches being mindful of any individual weaknesses and injuries. Working in pairs or small groups enabling encouragement, support and a sense of camaraderie.
